This series of pipeline pumps adopt a vertical configuration based on the horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump design. With a flow rate range of 2.5–1600 m³/h and a head range of 2–145 m, they are primarily used for conveying clean water, light oil, and non-corrosive or mildly corrosive liquids. The maximum allowable medium temperature is 80°C.
The pumps are driven by a standard vertical motor via a flexible coupling, ensuring smooth operation, low noise, and minimal vibration. Two types of shaft seals are available: mechanical seals and soft packing seals.
By cooling the shaft seal area (using normal-temperature clean water), the pumps can handle liquids at temperatures up to 130°C. Equipped with a copper impeller and stainless steel shaft, they are also suitable for conveying light oil.
The inlet and outlet of this pump series share the same diameter and are arranged 180 degrees apart, allowing them to be installed in series within pipelines. This makes them ideal for applications with higher inlet pressures, such as closed-loop systems in air conditioning and heating.
