This series of units is a pumping system composed of a Roots vacuum pump as the main pump, with a water ring vacuum pump or a Roots-water ring unit serving as the fore pump.
It can evacuate general gases, as well as gases containing moisture, organic solvents, or small amounts of dust. The system features resistance to oil contamination, water vapor, and fine dust, along with high vacuum levels and a large pumping capacity under high vacuum conditions.
